Secretary/Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate staff
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail
- Maintain and organise office files and records
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents as needed
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a secretary or in an administrative role is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong time management
