To expand and acquire distributors for export of paint products mainly in Africa.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
01. Explore, Identify new markets/distributors/Buyers/B2B for export of paints for African/Global
market-Set joint business alliances with exporters in UAE and Worldwide.
02. International Business Travel/Meet/Propose/Plan/Analyze Business sustainability portfolio for
new and existing distributors.
03. Jointly work with COO on best offers of price, suitable products, promotions, training and targets
based incentives.
04. Regular follow ups, business visits to find new and attend existing distributors/B2B and or buyers.
05. Achieve Sales target by Interaction with clients for more orders and conclude its comprehensive
process
06. Maintain control accounts/receivables for each client and do reconciliation/summarization along
with clients Statement of Accounts.
07. Negotiate export sales related issues with new and existing clients.
08. Retain customers post dispute (RETENTION/COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT) by loss mitigation.
09 Training & Product Presentation (usually on business visits and Online).
10. Ensure brand marketing is done for brand exposure-support clients with promotion materials.
11. Support dealers/buyers in getting more business and contracts in their country/market.
12. Ensure comprehensive utilization is adhered logistically/quality assurance for better cost
management on behalf of our distributors/buyers.
13. Establish more sales achievement effort socially and digitally. Develop new concept/trends
participatory approach in establishing new products/launches/brand enhancement.
14. Take Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe
conditions” are in place within the area of responsibility.
15. Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
A Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics, business, international business or marketing.
B Experience:
 5 - 7 years’ experience of sales and management experience.
C Skills and Competencies:
 Leadership and management skills
