Looking for a Production Supervisor at Rim Natural Spring Mineral Water S.A.L (Bekaa-Zahle). The Production Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing production schedules, planning, and managing production operations. Daily tasks include supervising production processes, communicating with teams, and managing production activities.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities for rim water products to ensure efficient and timely production.
• Lead, train, and support production staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of production equipment and facilities to ensure proper maintenance and functionality.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement, implement process enhancements, and ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with Quality Control, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality output.
• Address and resolve any production that arise, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related Field.
• Proven Experience as a production supervisor or manufacturing preferably in the water or beverage industry.
• Supervisory Skills, Communication, and Production Management.
• Experience in Production Planning.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
