Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute targeted sales strategies, including cold outreach via email, to attract and engage DTC and eCommerce stores, showcasing Mina's cutting-edge AI pick & pack technology and comprehensive global logistics solutions.
- Proactively identify and connect with potential DTC/eCommerce clients through cold emailing, calls, and other outreach methods, understanding their logistics and fulfillment needs to offer customized Mina solutions.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders on a global scale, enhancing Mina’s market presence and customer base.
- Drive revenue growth and expand market share by exploring new opportunities and leveraging insights into the DTC/eCommerce landscape.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust sales approaches accordingly.
- Manage and report on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts with a high level of accuracy and insight.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in sales, specifically within the DTC/eCommerce sector, with a strong understanding of e-commerce logistics challenges and solutions.
- Experience with cold emailing and other direct outreach strategies to connect with potential clients and generate leads.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM and sales automation platforms to streamline sales processes, including managing email campaigns.
- Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting, leading initiatives and collaborating effectively across teams.
