Your Mission
As part of the Global Learning Department (Content Production Stream), you will be responsible for ensuring that MXlearn framework best practices are applied when designing, building and delivering learning experiences with Murex Subject Matter Experts. As a Senior Learning Engagement Coach (LEC), you will contribute to high learner satisfaction, positive producer experiences, stakeholder satisfaction and ultimately business impact for Murex learning investments.
You will be accountable for high-quality and high-impact learning experiences to be designed and delivered for our ecosystem of employees, partners, and clients. You will rely on data and feedback to find opportunities to improve all learning products and materials that are produced in-house.
You will work in close collaboration with your fellow coaches and Subject Matter Experts across Murex to design, build, deliver and maintain learning solutions with strong digital components.
Your partnership with Learning Operations team will ensure a smooth transition to scaled delivery, including to employees, partners and clients.

Your Role
- Frame projects with Senior stakeholders, including Murex Management when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with other Learning Engagement Coaches (LEC) to refine and enrich our practices and consult regularly with Senior LECs (content Production Lead and Framework Owner) when tackling new use cases or while seeking a fresh or more seasoned perspective.
- Autonomously animate Producer Journey ceremonies with required parties (producers, stakeholders, Training Coordinators).
- Ensure an outstanding and effortless User Experience on the MXlearn platform and in blended learning journeys across different technologies.
- Build thought leadership courses, templates, tools, or processes for the MXlearn Production Factory
- Advise and prototype on visual design solutions; in some cases build visual supports for learning artefacts
- Master all framework tools and best practices and seek opportunities to innovate and share; contribute to the integration of new learning practices, including how they are scaled across various technologies and our operating model.
- Ensure that published blended learning experiences are compliant with best practices.
- Implement and scale a credentialing framework for strategic learning experiences.
- Build and animate a global community of Subject Matter Experts tutors.
Your Profile
- You have a background in Human Resources, industrial psychology or any similar field
- You have at least 5 years of experience in Training content design and in Adult learning theory and practices
- You have prior experience in curriculum design for skills-based learning and in implementing or executing a credentialing framework for learning (assessment-based and certification)
- You possess consulting kills (frame needs, challenge or probe requirements, favor impact over “solutions-first”)
- You have employ a Coaching approach when collaborating with different stakeholders
- You have previously managed multiple projects simultaneously and of different natures.
- You are a data and analytics driven person with the capacity to propose ideas based on user experience and “persona” thinking.
- You are reliable, organized and pragmatic.
- You have a good sense of service and can demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You value teamwork and are capable of being autonomous and proactive in proposing solutions contributing to continuous improvement.
- You can demonstrate strong skills with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and in Graphic design
- You are perfectly fluent in English and French is a plus (both oral and written).
