Territory Sales Representative

Job description:

We are seeking several experienced and highly motivated Territory Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team to cover Beirut, Meten/Keserwen and South regions in Lebanon for the following departments:

1- Medical 

2- Dental

3- Wellness (Targeting beauty centers, nutritionists, gyms, dermatologists, medico-aesthetic centers)



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1- Sales and Business Development:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Identify and target potential customers, including hospitals, dental practices and medical clinics and healthcare facilities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.

Present and demonstrate our medical and dental equipment, highlighting their features and benefits.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.


2- Product Knowledge:

Provide expert product knowledge and technical information to potential and existing customers.

Conduct product training and workshops for clients and partners.


3- Market Research:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.


4- Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.


5- Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and customer profiles.

Provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports to management.



QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven sales experience in at least one of the above mentioned product lines is a MUST.
  • Strong understanding of the above mentioned product lines technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
  • Motorized.
