Under Najjar Professional Solutions we provide a high quality coffee portfolio (Café Najjar, Gia & Ilgustino), Krikita Nuts and Cookers/Byte sweet and savory specialties that could be enjoyed and savored at out of home locations, such as hotels, restaurants, cafes (HoReCa), offices and institutions.


We are looking for a Barista. As a Barista you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through the preparation and serving of high-quality beverages. You will create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers while efficiently and accurately fulfilling their orders. The role involves a combination of customer interaction, beverage preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.


Key Responsibilities:
-Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
-Take customer orders and provide information on menu items.
-Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while managing customer expectations.
-Prepare a variety of coffee and tea beverages to established standards.
-Operate coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and other tools with precision.
-Consistently maintain the quality and taste of beverages.
-Stay informed about coffee blends, brewing methods, and other menu items.
-Educate customers on different coffee options and make recommendations based on their preferences.
-Handle cash transactions, operate the cash register, and provide accurate change to customers.
-Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation and service areas.
-Regularly clean coffee machines, utensils, and other equipment.
-Monitor and restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed.
-Assist in inventory management to prevent stock shortages.
-Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
-Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.


Qualifications:
-Non or Previous experience in a customer service or barista role is desirable but not essential.
-Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.
-Excellent customer service and communication skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
-Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
-Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
