He will be responsible for creating a variety of visual assets tailored specifically for social media platforms. Key Responsibilities:- Content Creation for Social Media:
- Design and produce a wide range of content for social media, including static images, GIFs, short animations, infographics, stories, reels, and video clips.
- Develop creative visuals that align with the brand's guidelines, tone, and target audience, ensuring consistency across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Collaboration with Social Media and Creative Teams:
- Work closely with social media managers, copywriters, and other creative team members to understand the content calendar, objectives, and messaging.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop engaging concepts and campaigns, providing design insights that enhance overall content strategy.
- Content Calendar Execution:
- Follow the monthly social media content calendar, producing assets in line with scheduled posts and themes.
- Adapt designs to suit various social media formats and requirements, including dimensions, resolutions, and platform-specific guidelines (e.g., square for Instagram, vertical for Stories/Reels).
- Design Optimization for Platforms:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices for design on different social media platforms.
- Optimize content to enhance performance, focusing on elements like visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography that resonate with target audiences.
- Video Editing and Animation:
- Create and edit short-form video content, including clips, reels, and animations, using video editing software.
- Add dynamic elements such as motion graphics, subtitles, and effects to make content more engaging and shareable.
- Asset Management:
- Organize and maintain a library of assets, templates, and files for easy retrieval and use in future content creation.
- Implement feedback from internal and client reviews to refine designs and maintain brand consistency.
- Adaptation and Reformatting:
- Repurpose and adapt existing content for various platforms, adjusting designs to meet specific platform needs while maintaining visual consistency.
- Design templates that allow for quick customization and turnaround for regular "always-on" content.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct quality checks on all content before publication, ensuring it is error-free, high-resolution, and meets platform specifications.
- Review final designs to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and alignment with the strategic goals outlined in the content calendar.
- Trend Analysis and Innovation:
- Research emerging social media design trends, tools, and techniques to keep the brand's content fresh and competitive.
- Proactively suggest new content formats and creative approaches to enhance social media engagement.
Capabilities and Skills:- Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced skills in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and motion graphics tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere) for creating short-form video content and animations.
