Admission Officer

Location: Bekaa Valley, Lebanon

Rayak Hospital is seeking dedicated and organized Admission Officers to join our team. We are recruiting for both day and night shifts, with full-time and part-time opportunities available. The Admission Officer will be responsible for managing patient admissions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Admissions:

• Handle the registration and admission process for patients, ensuring accurate data entry and proper documentation.
• Verify patient information, insurance details, and eligibility for hospital services.

Customer Service:

• Provide high-quality support to patients and families, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the admission process.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate patient admissions and bed assignments.

Data Management:

• Maintain and update patient records in the hospital’s system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
• Process admissions-related paperwork and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
• Shift Coordination:
• Work in coordination with other shifts to ensure seamless patient admissions around the clock.
• Provide support during busy hours to manage the flow of patient admissions efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
