We are looking for an experienced Software Project Manager to lead software development projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee all aspects of project management, and ensure alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
This is a remote position with flexible conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget constraints.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor project teams, promoting accountability and performance.
- Set clear goals, monitor progress, and promptly address any roadblocks or issues.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and drive continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Provide regular updates, including project progress, risks, and issues, to all stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and status reports to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Identify potential project risks early and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Actively monitor, manage, and escalate risks and issues as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business requirements.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager or in a related role.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CSM, or others are preferred.
