The Pre-Sales Engineer enhances sales productivity and facilitates deal closure by achieving the "technical close" in solutions. They support the sales team through expert technical guidance, demonstrations, and solution presentations to prospective customers. Their proficiency in comprehending customer requirements and devising customized solutions is pivotal in achieving successful presales engagements.
Pre-Sales Engineers play a crucial role in instilling customer confidence, resolving technical queries, and securing sales opportunities. They collaborate closely with Technology Vendors, Sales, Business Development (BD), and SOC service delivery teams to ensure that proposed solutions accurately meet customer needs and gain endorsement from key technical decision-makers.

Qualifications:
1. Education:
•Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience:
•Prior experience in presales 1-2 years.
3. Languages:
•Fluent in English, Arabic and Preferably French (speaking, reading, writing).
4. Competencies:
•Possess strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
•Strong presentation skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders.
•Technical Knowledge of IT Security components/deployments/features such as SIEM, EDR, NDR, IAM, NGFW and other related technologies etc…)
