 Oversee daily FOH operations and ensure it runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably as per pre-set budgets and procedures
 Maintain a favorable relationship with all employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate conducive to maximizing morale, productivity, and efficiency
 Ensure all daily operational procedures are in line with standard operating procedures (opening, closing, service, cleaning, etc.)
 Be present at the Outlet’s opening and closing to ensure full control of the operation
 Review the daily Outlet Operational Logbook and take action as needed
 Review the daily POS sales report and approve any discounts/complimentary food offered to guests
 Ensure expenses remain within the designated budget by reviewing waste sheets, inventory reports, and purchase orders
 Aid in the implementation of the Outlet’s procurement cycle (purchasing, receiving, and storing)
 Ensure proper and efficient communication between FOH team members
 Monitor staff and ensure daily checklists are properly filled
 Train and supervise new and current employees on proper customer service practices
 Meet the outlet's financial objectives
 Monitor, review, and assess customer feedback and take proactive measures to enhance guest experiences accordingly
 Manage service delivery to ensure excellence from guest arrival to departure
