Your Role:
As the Marketing Manager at SALATA, you will be a leader in our marketing department, setting the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience and uphold our brand values. Your leadership will ensure that our marketing objectives align seamlessly with our operational capacities and creative vision, guaranteeing the effective promotion of our brand and the successful implementation of our initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Strategy and Vision Leadership: Set the overarching marketing strategy and vision for the brand, ensuring alignment with SALATA's mission and business objectives.
• Campaign Development and Execution: Lead the planning, development, and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message and drive engagement.
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Act as the key liaison between the Marketing, Operations, and Creative teams, ensuring a cohesive approach to campaign development and execution.
• Creative Oversight: Oversee the Creative team's output, ensuring all materials align with our brand identity and campaign goals, and are executed to the highest standard.
• Feasibility and Adaptability: Assess the feasibility of creative ideas against operational capabilities, ensuring that marketing initiatives enhance rather than hinder our operational efficiency, food quality, and hygiene standards. Develop alternative strategies as necessary.
• Branch-Specific Initiatives: Analyze branch performance to identify areas for improvement, from menu updates to ordering systems, and implement targeted marketing strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
• DSP and Marketing Management: Oversee relationships with Digital Service Providers (DSPs) and leverage these platforms for effective marketing and brand promotion.
• Innovation and Product Development: Lead product development and menu innovation initiatives, incorporating market research and customer feedback to inform pricing strategies and new offerings.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize market research, data analysis, and performance metrics to guide marketing strategies and measure success.
• Team Development: Responsible for hiring, training, and leading the marketing team, ensuring all positions are filled with individuals who contribute to the efficiency and innovation of our marketing efforts
