Your Role:
As the Art Director at SALATA, you're the visionary behind our brand's aesthetic and the creative force driving our visual content across all platforms. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and operational teams to ensure that our brand's message is not only heard but felt, experienced, and lived by our audience. Your creative leadership will set the tone for how we present ourselves to the world, making every SALATA encounter memorable.
Responsibilities:
• Branding Direction: Forge a distinctive and appealing visual identity for SALATA, ensuring it resonates across all consumer touchpoints while upholding our core values of health, sustainability, and innovation.
• Strategic Creative Leadership: Develop and implement creative strategies that align with SALATA's goals, focusing on sustainability, cost efficiency, seasonal events, and creating "Instagrammable" moments that amplify our brand's presence.
• Collateral Development: Oversee the design and application of our visual identity across various mediums - from our physical spaces to digital landscapes, including our website, app, social media, and beyond. This encompasses everything from packaging and menus to uniforms, retail items, and promotional materials.
• Experiential Design: Conceptualize and execute immersive experiences that engage our audience and enhance their connection with our brand. This involves creating not just visually appealing spaces but also moments that our customers will want to share and remember.
• Visual Conceptualization and Execution: Develop moodboards to guide visual direction and manage photoshoots end-to-end, encompassing concept creation, execution, and asset production, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with brand goals.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Graphic Designers, fostering a collaborative, creative environment. Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure a cohesive brand experience. This includes the responsibility of hiring team members and ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner to prevent any disruption in work
