Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our Islamic Publishing House team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Islamic literature and have a proven track record in sales. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with key clients, and expanding the reach of our publications in both local and international markets. This role requires an understanding of Islamic values, a deep knowledge of the products, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy and Execution:
o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve set sales targets and company objectives.
o Identify potential new markets, clients, and sales opportunities for the publishing house.
o Promote and sell a wide range of Islamic books, educational materials, and other publications to retail, wholesale, and online customers.
• Client Relationship Management:
o Establish and maintain relationships with bookstores, libraries, educational institutions, and online retailers.
o Work closely with Islamic organizations and community leaders to promote the company’s products.
o Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and providing product recommendations.
• Market Research and Analysis:
o Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends in Islamic literature.
o Gather feedback from customers to improve product offerings and services.
• Sales Reporting:
o Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management team.
o Track sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

• Collaboration:
o Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute sales campaigns and promotional activities.
o Work closely with the editorial and production teams to ensure the timely availability of publications.
• Product Knowledge:
o Stay updated with the latest publications in Islamic literature.
o Develop an in-depth understanding of the product range to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a sales specialist, preferably in publishing, education, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Islamic literature, values, and the needs of the target audience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
