Role Overview:
EncoGroup is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Zouk Mikael. This full-time, on-site role involves managing a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
The HR Generalist will ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Employee Relations: Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries, address workplace issues and grievances, and support employee engagement and retention.
• Performance Management: Assist in developing and implementing performance appraisal systems. Support managers with evaluations, feedback, and employee development.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Maintain accurate HR records, oversee benefits administration, and ensure timely payroll processing.
• HR Policy Implementation: Support the creation and enforcement of HR policies. Review and update employee handbooks and provide training on best HR practices.
• Employee Engagement & Wellness: Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and support team motivation and well-being.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years in an HR Generalist or similar role, ideally in a multi-entity environment.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office, and strong problem-solving abilities
