Key Account Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Sales Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively managing key clients and exploring new opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key customers.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports on sales activities and results.
- Propose strategies to improve sales and profitability within the key account portfolio


Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Key Account Sales Manager in the FMCG sector.
- Background in food and beverages (F&B) is strongly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze data, make strategic decisions, and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
