Main Duties:
- Design and develop menus, incorporating seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Ensure consistency and excellence in the quality of dishes served.
- Manage kitchen staff, providing training and mentorship.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage food costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events and functions.
Skills
- Culinary degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for food innovation with extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
