Job Description:
We seek a highly motivated Junior Architect with 0-1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. This position is suited for a female candidate who is proficient in 3D Max and AutoCAD and can assist senior engineers with design work and client communication. You will play a key role in ensuring client requests are met by providing technical support and handling inquiries professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist senior engineers and architects in preparing architectural designs, layouts, and visualizations using AutoCAD and 3D Max.
• Communicate with clients to understand their requests and provide updates on project progress.
• Handle client inquiries and phone calls, providing information about ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Participate in design discussions and project meetings with the engineering team.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure client requirements are accurately reflected in the designs.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Architecture or a related field.
• 0-1 year of work experience in architecture or a similar field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D Max.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage client communications effectively.
• Enthusiastic about learning and growing within the architectural field
Preferred Qualifications:
• Basic understanding of architectural principles and project workflows.
• Internship experience in architectural design or related areas is a plus
