POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for the smooth operations of the delivery unit on a day to day basis. Promote and ensure guest satisfaction is achieved through the ability to develop and maintain a strong team environment; placing emphasis on associate satisfaction and delivery of prompt, courteous and correct service

DUTIES AND TASKS
• Carry out quality checks; ensuring customers receives prompt, friendly and cautious service
• Resolve complaints and queries
• Identify and act on quality issues in relation to service, environment, staffing levels, and operating procedures and recommend responses/action to maintain the highest possible standards at all times
• Ensure all complaints are logged and resolved reminding and following up with the Restaurant Manager
• Prepare their team’s schedule and ensuring the delivery unit is manned at all times
• Allocate responsibilities for each employee for the shift to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor the order flow and anticipate any operational delays from the shops
• Make sure that every guest is informed of any potential delays of their delivery
• Ensure guests satisfaction by assisting the agents in taking orders and conducting follow up calls
• Initiate internal competitions to upsell or to achieve set targets
• Assign responsibility to subordinate and check staff's performance
• Update and maintain the staff notice board
• Check all staff is on duty as per schedule
• Conduct shift briefings in the absence of the manager
• Monitor and develop staff performances
• Prepare reports as determined by the operations manager

Work experience requirements
• Degree in hospitality is preferred

Education requirements
• Minimum of 2 years food service or related hospitality management experience
