JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in ad operations, preferably in a multinational media agency.
• Familiarity with ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic platforms).
• Proficiency in ad serving tools and tracking systems (e.g., DoubleClick, Sizmek, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with programmatic buying and real-time bidding (RTB).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or other relevant coding languages.
• Familiarity with data management platforms (DMP) and demand-side platforms (DSP).
• Understanding of GTM (Google Tag Manager), Pixel Implementation, and UTM tagging. Basic knowledge of GTM and Pixel implementation will also be considered sufficient.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Set up, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.)
• Monitor campaign performance, ensuring proper delivery and tracking of ads.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues with ad trafficking, tracking, and delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media buying, etc.) to ensure campaign alignment and timely delivery.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in digital advertising.
• Ensure compliance with client guidelines, policies, and regulations across campaigns
