Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance operations for all facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Manage repair requests and coordinate with maintenance staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role.
- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant maintenance is preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
