We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager** to join our team at a leading engineering construction firm in Jdeideh.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain compliance with local construction laws and regulations.
- Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve project milestones and goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale engineering projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
