A Reputable Center located in Zahle is seeking to recruit an Employability Skills Trainer.

Main Duties:

• Design and deliver workshops on essential employability skills such as resume writing, interview techniques, networking, and professional etiquette.


• Create engaging training materials and resources that align with industry standards and best practices.


• Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance participants' interview performance.


• Guide participants in effective job search strategies, including online job portals, networking events, and job fairs.


• Offer support in identifying job opportunities that match participants' skills and career aspirations.


• Assist in preparing job applications, cover letters, and personal statements tailored to specific job roles.


• Collect feedback from participants to improve the effectiveness and relevance of training programs.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.


• 3 plus years of experience in a similar role.


• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of individuals and adapt training approaches to meet varying needs.


• Previous experience in a Local or International organizations and humanitarian settings is a plus.


• Proven experience in career counseling, employability skills training, or related fields.


• Strong understanding of career development theories, job market trends, and industry-specific requirements.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.


• Proficiency in using technology and multimedia tools for training purposes.


• Fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
