Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Advisor to promote and sell our premium beauty products, Biosphere and Ora, in our spa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty and cosmetics, with a proven track record of at least 4 years in a similar position. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a deep understanding of our product lines to effectively meet sales targets and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell Biosphere and Ora products to spa clients.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and usage.
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on individual client needs and preferences.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track and report sales performance to the Sales Manager.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty and cosmetic trends.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge through training and self-study.
- Assist in the effective merchandising of Biosphere and Ora products.
- Ensure product displays are attractive, clean, and well-stocked.
- Collaborate with spa staff to create a seamless client experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to collective sales strategies.
- Support and participate in marketing events and promotions.
- Provide product demonstrations and workshops as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar sales position within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
Extensive knowledge of beauty products and cosmetics.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a passion for beauty and cosmetics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred.
Working Conditions:
