The purpose of this role is to partner with a senior strategist and the communications planning lead to deliver an understanding of the cultural narrative, ensures deliverables are grounded in a strategic set-up and partners with media activation teams on go-to market ideas.

Key responsibilities:
- Collaborates with the internal team to deliver day-to-day strategic work for the client(s), planning strategies (from briefing to execution)
- Support on planning : lead briefs conversation internally and externally with media publishers/partners for ideation, deliverables, and steer brainstorms.
- Executes, monitor, and opserving andtimize digital media campaigns
- Keeps a pulse on leading and emerging media channels/partners (with a skew towards performance) and how to apply them to media/consumer brief responses
- Works closely with junior planners
- Utilize regularly planning and system tools: media planning tactics (Statex, Zplan, business managers, CSS), booking and finance internal systems (VD, etc…)
- Minimum one year experience in similar position (preferably other media/performance agencies) is required
- Experience with DCM / other ad-servingand tool is a plus
