Scope of Work:
The Junior Service Specialist at Steps towards Systemization is responsible of going to the companies and do an external audit. After the external audit a report should be done and given to the head of department (HOD) and clients on the status of the project.
Tasks:
• Understand the company’s products, services, and processes
• Assist clients with questions
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Providing customer service to internal or external customers by answering questions about prod-ucts or services
• Preparing reports by summarizing data or presenting findings in written format
• Supporting senior management by preparing presentations, reports, and proposals
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Participating in training and development opportunities within the company.
• Conducting experiments or research projects to develop new products or processes.
• Audits in companies.

Educational Background:
