Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Drawings:
- Develop detailed architectural plans and 3D models for residential, and commercial projects.
- Create functional, aesthetic, and compliant designs.
- Ensure all design drawings align with Lebanese building regulations and client requirements.
2. Permits and Licensing:
- Manage the preparation and submission of building permits, approvals, and licenses.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards in Lebanon.
3. Execution Plans:
- Create detailed execution plans to guide construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with contractors and site managers to ensure projects are built according to design and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve design issues, and ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 5+ years of experience working on architectural projects in Lebanon.
- Expertise in creating creative design drawings.
- Experience managing permits and licensing processes in compliance with Lebanese regulations.
- Skilled in developing detailed execution plans.
- Proficiency in architectural software.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in Arabic and English; French is an advantage.
