Presentail is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Achrafieh office.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proven experience in providing technical support to customers
  • Knowledge of computer systems, software, and applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our platform
  • Collaborate with the development team to find solutions to complex technical problems
  • Document and track customer issues and resolutions
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends
  • Assist in training customers on how to use our platform effectively
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers
