Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight benefits and address customer inquiries.
- Achieve sales targets and provide regular updates on progress to the sales manager.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on leads, appointments, and client requests.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Motorized with valid driver’s license.
