Purchasing Assistant

o Use the Dolphin Accounting system to invoice items to customers.
o Verify orders prepared by others.
o Receive goods and generate the purchases in the Dolphin Accounting system.
o Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery
o Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts
o Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
o Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
o Help other company employees in their tasks or fill in for employees on vacation.

Schedule from Monday to Friday 8:30 am till 6:00pm
