Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair complex equipment and systems at customer sites.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
Customer Support: Provide on-site and remote technical support and training to customers, ensuring optimal performance of equipment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations. Prepare detailed service reports.
Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and suggest improvements for service procedures.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively.
