Role Overview:
FitHack is seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. The CRM Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing customer relationships, overseeing the sales pipeline, implementing and refining CRM strategies, and coordinating essential project management tasks. The ideal candidate will be an expert in utilizing CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot, ensuring seamless customer experiences and supporting the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize customer relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closure, ensuring efficient and effective pipeline management.
- Implement and refine CRM strategies tailored to FitHack’s unique needs, focusing on maximizing customer engagement and lifetime value.
- Use advanced CRM tools like Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems to automate workflows, track client interactions, and analyze data.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer outreach efforts and streamline communication.
- Coordinate project management tasks, ensuring alignment with customer relationship goals and timely delivery of initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) with a focus on automation, data analytics, and improving customer lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for optimizing sales and customer strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Project management expertise, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure efficient execution of CRM-related projects.
- Solid understanding of sales processes and the ability to manage and streamline customer journeys through effective CRM utilization.
- Prior experience in the health and fitness industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with integrating CRM tools with other platforms (e.g., email marketing, social media).
- Ability to generate reports and insights from CRM data to support strategic decision-making.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation, personalization, and lead nurturing techniques.
