Position Title: Indoor Sales Representative

Position Overview:
The Indoor Sales Representative at Tech Store Dbayeh is responsible for managing in-store customer interactions, driving sales, and preparing detailed quotations. This role requires a deep understanding of Tech Store’s product offerings, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to use sales management tools effectively. The Indoor Sales Representative will play a key role in achieving store sales targets by providing accurate and timely quotations and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing expert advice on products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Sales Generation:
- Drive in-store sales by proactively engaging with customers and offering personalized service.
- Use sales tools to create and process sales transactions efficiently.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
Quotation Preparation:
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for customers, ensuring clarity and transparency in pricing.
- Customize quotations based on customer requirements and follow up to close sales and secure orders.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Tech Store’s product range, including solar technology, security systems, and other related products.
- Stay updated on new product arrivals, special offers, and industry trends.
- Continuously improve product knowledge to better assist customers.
Sales Administration:
- Manage and update customer records, sales activities, and inventory levels using the store's sales management system.
- Ensure all sales documentation, including invoices and receipts, is accurately processed and filed.
- Monitor the status of quotations and orders, ensuring timely follow-up and order fulfillment.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly, escalating issues to the Sales Manager when necessary.
- Collect customer feedback to improve store offerings and service quality.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed store sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support in-store promotions and events.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the technology or electronics industry.
- Proficiency in using sales management software; experience with Odoo ERP system is desirable.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
