We are currently looking for a well-rounded Senior Brand Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate is capable to manage all the brand activities and master the below responsibilities:
- Set a sales development strategy and manage the development and implementation of the annual marketing plan in alignment with corporate strategy and guidelines in an effort to attract potential customers, retain existing ones and increase market share.
- Formulate a management strategy for the marketing department, making sure that the company current processes and systems meet existing and future requirements; develop an action plan in coordination with the Business Manager, and define needed financial and human resources to achieve set objectives.
- Launch and manage projects and initiatives aiming at enhancing brands and products visibility through virtual and real advertising.
- Control budget spending and the Advertising & Promotion budget exercise by monitoring the expenses of each marketing activity to ensure alignment with supplier guidelines and that expenditures do not exceed agreed budgets.
- Perform retail audit analysis on regular basis by supplier, channel, etc. to be shared with Senior Management, concerned supplier and sales team.
- Plan and manage brand related events by coordinating and negotiating with service providers regarding the location, logistics, invitees, food & beverages, etc. in close coordination with the Division Manager and with the supplier for approval.
- Follow-up with the concerned Sales and Merchandising team on activations implementation within their respective accounts through regular market visits.
- Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers, by providing them with regular and direct feedback on the business results, market trends, competitive actions and other required information.
- Ensure optimal stock availability at all times and follow up with concerned parties to ensure accurate and on time delivery to customers.
- Prepare specific reports on monthly basis including sales and stock reports, marketing activities, ROI, sell out data, etc. to be shared with the management and the supplier, and ensure their timely submission.
Qualifications:
- Min. 8 years’ of experience in similar field
- BA in Business Administration or related field. MBA is a plus
- Preferred background in Brand Management, Trade Marketing and/or Sales
- Excellent command of English and Arabic, French is a plus
- Excellent computer skills
