Educational background: Bachelor in Civil Engineering is a must. A Master is a plus.

Required Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in construction field, in executing structural, finishing and MEP works.

Main work activities:
1) Define and establish detailed Project Execution Phases and sequencing of Activities
2) Monitor and maintain the Project Schedule & Milestones
3) Implement look ahead schedule
4) Define and monitor daily production requirements
5) Ensure that required inputs/information are made available prior to start of any activity
6) Carry out take-off quantities
7) Modify submitted Acad shop and coordinated drawings when needed, and develop details
8) Preparation of Client’s and Subcontractors’ IPCs
9) Conduct meetings
10) Follow up, monitor and ensure: implementation of design changes, coordination to schedule, submittal of Purchase Requisitions, Quality Control, Safety Procedures Implementation,
11) Record, calculate and notify all changes leading to VOs
12) Prepare cost report in coordination

Required Skills:
Good communication skills in French, English and Arabic

Computer Skills:
• Excellent in AutoCad
• Excellent in Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of MS Project or Primavera software is a plus.
