iThinklegal specializes in business, corporate and commercial law with a primary focus on private equity, venture capital, funds, funds of funds and startups.

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Junior Associate for our law firm. As a Junior Associate the role includes various legal tasks, including but not limited to legal research, drafting legal documents, reviewing agreements, and communicating with clients. The role is exciting as it will involve the candidate in complex VC, private equity, restructuring and relocation transactions and cross-borders investments.

Qualifications

A law degree from a recognized university (an LLM is a plus)

Experience in corporate transactions, funds, venture capital, etc. and in drafting/reviewing agreements is a must

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic

Strong research and analytical skills

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and relevant legal databases

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

A commitment to professionalism, client service, and ethical standards
