JOB PURPOSE:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the department with the coordination advantage needed among the brands, the company, and the stores to ensure proper marketing strategy implementation. He/she is also responsible for executing marketing plans, coordinating with internal and external service functions, submitting reports, and continuously coordinating with Brand Managers.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing and Visual Merchandising:
- Prepare the yearly marketing plans by brand in coordination with the Brand Managers and/or Direct Manager.
- Coordinate the monthly execution of activities per brand by requesting the necessary material on time (ATL, BTL & Digital).
- Coordinate the implementation of the Visual Merchandizing as per the brands’ guidelines.
- Participate in event planning and execution in coordination with Brand Managers.
- Evaluate each event and the related return on investment (ROI) / engagement rate based on coverage and sales figures.
- Check stock availability for promotions and report out-of-stock situations to Brand Managers and the Supply Chain department.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to help monitor and evaluate campaigns’ performance for effective strategic planning.
- Attend training held with brands’ suppliers.
- Prepare presentations including all needed data to share with the Supplier gathered among events.
Digital & Social Media:
- Coordinate with the E-commerce team and online platforms to guarantee clear, updated, and impactful visibility online.
- Ensure all novelties and newly available products are listed in HoldnShop online.
- Plan and execute online & social media strategies and campaigns within the allocated budgets.
- Plan and implement social media content calendar on group and brand accounts.
- Monitor the online activities of the competition’s brands and influencers to identify and plan differentiated opportunities for collaborations.
- Identify potential influencers and prepare all needed assets for product seeding.
- Identify, select, and coordinate with third-party agencies for the execution of all social media activities.
3. Purchase Order, Sales Process Coordination & Reporting:
- Create and integrate all data for goods arrival: trade agreements, items creation, product interface, dimensions, categories, and sub-categories.
- Consolidate and deliver various necessary reports regarding customers, competition data collection, and price monitoring for management analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 0 - 3 years of experience in Marketing.
- Fluent in Arabic and English. French is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about digital technologies and platforms.
- Organization & project management skills.
- Detail oriented and able to deal with numbers. Analytical skills are a plus.
