Job Title: Sales Representative (Outdoor Sales)

F&B Industry : Coffee

Key Responsibilities:

1) Promote and sell coffee products to potential customers in designated outdoor locations.

2) Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

3) Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to answer inquiries and meet customer needs.

4) Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.

5) Report on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

1) Previous experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the coffee industry.

2) Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.

3) Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.

4) Excellent communication skills and ability to engage customers effectively.

5) Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

6) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7) Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities

8) Must be flexible in operations and working with team especially under pressure

Compensation:

Salary: $750 per month.

Commission: 3% on sales.

Company-provided car with a gas card for business use.

Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

We are seeking a motivated Outdoor Sales Representative with prior experience in the coffee industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our coffee products directly to customers in outdoor settings. Mainly B2B with emphasis on coffee shops and hotels.
