1. JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE:
The ASC technician has to repair and maintain Nespresso Machines in workshop , and to ensure clients’ satisfaction by providing the reparation service on site.
Respect Safety Measures and abide by ASC Guidelines.

2. MAJOR FUNCTIONS PERFORMED / PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
 Troubleshoot, maintain and repair Nespresso classic Machines in the workshop
 Prepare new or replacement machines in addition to necessary spare parts in order to assure the maintenance and reparation of Nespresso classic Machines
 Assist in troubleshooting, maintenance and reparation of Nespresso professional machines when needed
 Follow up on reparation activity by coordinating with the Head of technical department
 Ensure clean and safe work environment in the workshop and in the Van
 Follow the guidelines provided by the Management
 Follow-up of reparation activity by coordinating with the Head of Technical Department
 Abide by company’s Code of conduct and maintain ethical behavior at all times
 Perform other related duties as requested or required.

1 year experience as technician or similar position is a plus
