Hours: 40 hours a week (Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
Job Type: Full-time (contract)
Job Location: 100% Remote
Probation Period: 90 days (3 months)
Starting Salary/Fixed Compensation: USD 400.00
Salary Review & Potential Increase: After 6 months (performance-based)
Commission/Variable Compensation: 10% of total gross revenue (for new business acquired by employee)

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relations Executive with a background in marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts (mainly in the GCC), fostering relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of deliverables. You will collaborate closely with creative teams to deliver exceptional results.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in managing B2B accounts
- Excellent customer relations management
- Proven modern project management skills (or willingness to learn)
- Knowledge in using Outlook and OneDrive
- Knowledge in Project Management tools (Notion, Trello, ClickUp)
Sales & Marketing Skills
- General knowledge of creative and digital business (Branding, Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Writing…)
- Ability & experience in upselling to existing clients
- Ability & experience in acquiring new business/clients
Soft Skills
- Strong internal and external communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Solid time-management skills
- Efficient project management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate with team members and stakeholders is a must.
- Strong capability to work independently and manage tasks on your own.
- Experience in the GCC is a highly preferred
Academic Requirements
Business, marketing, media, communication, or any relevant degree.
Language Skills
- Full business proficiency in English is a MUST (speak, read, write)
- Excellent Arabic communication skills are a MUST (speak, read, write)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account Management: Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Client Relationships: Build strong relationships and understand client needs and objectives to accurately assign tasks to internal teams.
- Project Management: Oversee all client projects ensuring quality and timeliness are maintained.
- Resource Coordination: Assign, coordinate, collaborate, and follow-up with team members/talents/resources on all client projects, ensuring timely progression.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with creative teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Reporting & Pitching: Prepare and present project proposals, updates, and reports to clients, incorporating feedback and addressing concerns.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling/account growth.
- Sales: Identify opportunities for new business / client acquisition.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date industry trends and best practices.
