Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage warehouse operations in our manufacturing facility located in Taanayel, Bekaa. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, be proficient in ERP systems, and have a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:● Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
● Ensure accurate inventory management and control, utilizing ERP software to track stock levels and orders.
● Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and safety.
● Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
● Manage a team of warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
● Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
● Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.
● Oversee loading/unloading of shipments and verify the quality and quantity of goods received or dispatched.
● Implement and maintain best practices in inventory control and warehouse management.
● Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations across the supply chain.
Qualifications:● Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing company.
● ERP Knowledge: Proficiency in using ERP software (e.g., Odoo, SAP, or similar) for inventory and warehouse management.
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
