Aspire Software is currently looking for a Modern Workplace Engineer ( O365 Engineer ) to join the team in Lebanon !
The Modern Workplace Engineer will provide support for clients located globally as well as engage in Managed Service Day to day operations.

What your day will look like:
- Provide overall Office 365 security expertise including strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Azure Information Protection, Information Rights Management, single sign-on and multi-factor authentication and related technologies (including Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security) - Stay current of all things Office 365, including changes & updates, roadmap & releases, and third-party solutions
- Migration of SMB customers to Microsoft Office 365 - Analyzing and providing feedback on the deployment process and technology improvements
- Provides technical support directly to customers with Intune (Conditional Access \ Mobile Device Management, OneDrive for Business and Office 365 tenancy
- Being responsive to customer needs, which may sometimes require outside-of-normal business hours or our on-call rotation
- Work effectively and relate well with others including superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside of the company. The employee should exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and works to maintain constructive working relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar work experience
- 5+ years of customer support experience and 2+ years' experience specific to deploying or supporting Microsoft Office 365 users
- Strong technical background, experience with, and understanding of, mail transport fundamentals (POP/IMAP/SMTP), as well as networking fundamentals. Includes, but not limited to: knowledge of DNS, Message Trace Tools, MX and SPF Records, Block Lists, SPAM, Email Filtering and Virus Protection
- Experience with configuring mail clients (Outlook or other)
- High attention to detail with the ability to understand complex workflow systems
- IT administrative working knowledge in: Office 365, Active Directory, Operating Systems, Networking, Personal Computing Devices · Office 365 certification · Data Loss Prevention, Archiving, eDiscovery, and Compliance is a plus
- MCSE Communication preferred
- Experience in Microsoft O365, Exchange, Lync and SharePoint certifications is considered · Microsoft and ITIL Certifications a plus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Lebanon
