Tasks:
· Installation and Configuration, for all kind of networking devices and appliances.
· Debugging, problem solving and escalation of critical problems.
· Customer support.
Required Competencies:
Technical
· Routing and Switching experience (HPE, HPE Aruba, Cisco, Extreme Networks).
· Security experience in Firewalls (Fortinet).
· VOIP (Cisco, Avaya) is a plus.
· Professional technical certifications in HPE, HPE Aruba, Cisco or Fortinet is a plus.
Soft Skills
· Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Good in English, French and Arabic.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience:
- Degree from a recognized university in Computer Engineering or any related Technical major.
- 5 years of experience in IT networking
