Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight: Supervise and manage facade installation on-site, ensuring adherence to design specifications and project plans.
Quality Control: Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure they meet quality standards and project requirements.
Coordination: Liaise with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design or construction issues.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of project progress, including daily reports, site measurements, and any issues encountered.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any on-site issues or discrepancies related to the facade installation.
Scheduling: Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities to ensure timely completion of the project.
Resource Management: Oversee the use of materials and equipment, ensuring that they are used efficiently and responsibly.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in facade construction or a similar field is preferred.
