The Warehouse Dispatcher is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the movement of goods within the warehouse. This role involves managing dispatch schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products, and facilitating communication between warehouse staff, drivers, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods
Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring that stock is managed efficiently
Communicate with drivers and warehouse staff to confirm pickup and delivery schedules
Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, including documentation and reports
Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs
Address and resolve any issues related to shipments, deliveries, or inventory discrepancies
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all dispatch operations
Assist in training new warehouse staff on dispatch processes and systems

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in dispatching
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
