Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, including accounting tasks, preparing quotations, processing order requests, managing stock, and overseeing schedules. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Support: Assist with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing petty cash.
Quotation Preparation: Prepare and send quotations to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
Order Requests: Process and track order requests from clients or internal departments, coordinating with suppliers and vendors as needed.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of orders, stock levels, invoices, and other important documentation.
Customer Service: Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or delays related to orders, quotations, or stock availability
