1. JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE:
Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by enforcing operational program, policies and procedures. Ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

2. MAJOR FUNCTIONS PERFORMED / PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
 Ensure Safety, health and sanitation guidelines are met and applied
 Responsible for all distribution/Warehousing operations
 Discuss the department strategy and performance with direct subordinates in order to maintain operation
 Responsible for budget forecasting ,P&L validation and KPI’s Monitoring
 Close control for all returns and replacements with right documentation and filing for all receipts and documents
 Monitor storage area by organizing floor space and adhering to storage design principles. Recommend improvements and plan for future capacity
 Check on received shipments from supplier with the proper documentations and communicate discrepancy
 Maintain inventory by conducting and following up on physical counts, inputting data and discrepancies.
 Monitor short expiry goods and propose action plan and alert concerned head of department
 Monitor all damaged items and do proper reporting to concerned parties
 Communicate with sales coordinator and accounting department in all related topics: orders, return, etc…
 Close control for all returns and replacements by assuring right documentation and filing for all receipts and documents
 Monitor efficient routing of drivers delivering items and follow up with them on vehicles related documents.
 Observe and enforce cleanliness, safety and health regulation of fire prevention
 Responsible to perform periodical appraisal for his team
 Arrange training for staff on standard and Safety procedures

: Minimum 5 years experience Warehouse Manager/Supervisor of FMCG products
