Role and Tasks

With support from our team, you will be in charge of handling marketing campaigns and developing brand identities, whilst managing deadlines and submissions for effective operational efficiency, from our office in Lebanon.

More concretely you will:

• Work with the entire creative team to establish a unified brand understanding and voice for the company, helming a creative audit to elevate our innovation.

• Cooperate with other members of the studio department to evaluate client needs, develop project strategies, and create visual elements for ad campaigns.

• Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, content websites, social media, and other marketing materials.

• Conducting research to better understand brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends.

• Coordinating resources and with other departments to create a cohesive, effective campaign, from concept to final execution within deadlines.

• Troubleshooting design, staff, or process problems as they arise.

• Looking for ways to improve design submissions and stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices

• Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas

• Present or oversee presentation of final concepts and coordinate production

What we are looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, graphic design, advertising & Communications or similar field

• Minimum of 6+ years agency experience with a supporting portfolio

• Proficiency in design softwares, including Adobe Creative Suite

• Expertise in handling typography, layouts, and prototyping

• Strong Interpersonal, time management, project management, presentation, and communication skills

• Creativity and ability to delegate responsibilities

• Receptiveness to feedback and adaptability

Additional Qualifications

• Web development experience

• Knowledge of photography and video production

• Video Editing / Animation
