The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in:

 

·   A proven track record in sales, ideally in the real estate sector (8 to 10+ years).

·   Strong leadership and team management abilities.


·   Leading the sales team, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.

·   Conducting regular training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team.

·   Developing, motivating, and supporting the sales team to achieve and exceed company targets.


The candidate should possess the following skills:


·   Strategic planning, strategic thinking, negotiation, closing deals, team management, sales techniques, and the ability to develop initiatives that maximize market share.
